Holy cow I cannot say enough good things about Jon and Ember Fitness. I am a physical therapist and was having difficulty completing aspects of my job due to deficits in strength, I wanted to lose a little weight and generally be healthier. During the initial consultation Jon's questions were thorough and really helped to paint him a good picture of who I was and what I needed. Throughout our sessions he tailored the experience more and provided me programs to complete when I was not with him. He is personable and professional and always made it fun even when it was hard. If you are with him in the summer he may even break out his dungeons and dragons workout where you get put to the test to defeat the goblins (actually crazy fun)! Love Ember Fitness and Nutrition! Worked out with Jon in the past with great results and after a break, recently started working out again with him in hopes of achieving the same!
