Jon’s journey to health started when he received Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding for his 16th birthday. Never having worked out before and lacking the strength and confidence necessary to excel in popular sports like football, Jon saw a new world open up to him at once. He joined a gym and with the guidance of a personal trainer Jon devoted substantial time to training, planning his meals, and doing everything required to excel in the world of bodybuilding. While completing his BA at the University of Washington, Jon worked as a personal trainer and quickly saw his clientele grow and achieve their fitness goals. Today he has helped hundreds of people to discover their potential. Jon specializes in weight loss, strength and circuit training, corrective exercise, TRX and Trigger Point Therapy.
