Ember® Fitness and Nutrition works hard to provide you with all the necessary tools to achieve your goals. In addition to weekly workouts with your personal trainer you will be asked to do additional workouts on your own time, keep a food journal, and follow the guidelines given to you. Our goal is to help you achieve your goals as soon as possible. If you do not comply with our protocols your results may be delayed.

NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION

  • Assess goals, current diet and exercise

  • Take body assessments

  • Assign protocols

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING

  • 1 Day per Week- $55 per session

  • 2+ Days per Week- $50 per session

PARTNER FITNESS WORKOUT

  • 1 Day per Week- $35 per session

  • 2+ Days per Week- $30 per session
